Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of rocephin versus rpectinomycin for uncom-plicated gonorrhea by Meta-analysis . Methods The studies involving randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on ceftriaxone (rocephin) versus spectinomycin for uncomplicated gonorrhea were collected from the database, such as the Cochrane Library, Pubmed, CBMdisc, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang. After the necessary methodologi-cal quality evaluation of the selected studies, assessment of publication bias and sensitivity analysis, the statistic analysis was conducted by the software RevMan5.2. Results Six eligible reports were identified in this study, including accumulative total 789 cases. The Meta-analysis results showed rocephin in the treatment of uncom-plicated gonorrhea had higher effectiveness and recovery than the spectinomycin group(P0.05]和不良反应[OR0.39;95%CI(0.11,1.36),P>0.05]方面则无明显差异。结论头孢曲松在治疗单纯性淋病中疗效确切,是治疗单纯性淋病的有效方法。

目的 检测导致大观霉素耐药的淋球菌16S rRNA基因中的突变位点.方法 对6株大观霉素耐药淋球菌[最小抑菌浓度(MIC)≥128 mg/L]、20株大观霉素敏感菌株(MIC 32 mg/L和16 mg/L各10株)的16S rRNA基因进行DNA扩增和序列测定,分析16S rRNA基因突变情况.结果 6株大观霉素耐药淋球菌的16S rRNA基因均发生了突变,其中2株(MIC>256 mg/L)为C1192T突变,1株(MIC 256 mg/L)为C1344T和T1345A突变,1株(MIC 256 mg/L)为T990G和T991C突变,1株(MIC 128 mg/L)为T990G、G1343C和C1344T突变,1株(MIC 128 mg/L)为T991C突变.20株大观霉素敏感菌株均未发生突变.结论 淋球菌16S rRNA基因不同位点突变可能与大观霉素不同程度的耐药相关,C1192T突变可能导致高度耐药,其他单一位点或多位点突变与不同程度的耐药相关.%Objective To detect mutations of 16S rRNA gene in Neisseria gonorrhoeae resistant to spectinomycin.Methods Twenty-six N.gonorrhoeae strains,including 6 spectinomycin-resistant (minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) ≥ 128 mg/L) and 20 spectinomycin-sensitive (MIC =32 or 16 mg/L) strains,were investigated in this study.DNA was extracted from these N.gonorrhoeae strains,and subjected to PCR for the amplification of 16S rRNA gene followed by sequencing.Results Mutations were found in the 16S rRNA gene of all the six spectinomycin-resistant N.gonorrhoeae strains,among which,two with MIC values of > 256 mg/L carried C1192T mutation,and one with a MIC value of 128 mg/L carried T991C mutation.Double mutations were found in two strains with MIC values of 256 mg/L,with C1344T and T1345A in one strain as well as T990G and T991C in the other.Triple mutations,including T990G,G1343C and C1344T,were detected in one strain with a MIC value of 128 mg/L.No mutation was detected in the 16S rRNA gene of the 20 susceptible strains.Conclusions Transversions at various sites in the 16S rRNA gene may contribute to different levels of spectinomycin resistance in N.gonorrhoeae.Among these mutations,C1192T mutation may lead to high-level resistance,and other single-site or multisite mutations to varying degrees of resistance,to spectinomycin in N.gonorrhoeae.

摘要:
目的 观察阿奇霉素联合壮观霉素(淋必治)对于幼儿淋病患者的治疗效果,评价其临床应用价值.方法 对于2010-06~2011-12间在我院进行治疗的42例幼儿淋病患者,随机分为两组,对照组患者给予阿奇霉素,观察组患者在此基础上给予壮观霉素,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较.结果 观察组患者治疗有效率为90.5%(19/21),对照组患者治疗有效率为71.4%(15/21),观察组有效率高于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 阿奇霉素联合壮观霉素对于幼儿淋病患者的治疗效果较好,能够提高患者的治疗有效率,具有很好的临床应用价值.

Nafion-doped multiwall carbon nanotube composite film was used to fix Ru(bpy)32+ on glassy carbon electrode surface and electrode Ru(bpy)32+-N-C was obtained. The presence of spectinomycin in the phosphate buffer solution could enhance the electrogenerated chemiluminescent signals strongly. Thus,spectinomycin could be detected by using Ru(bpy)31+-N-C electrode under optimized conditions. The linear range was 1. 0× 10-5-2. 0× 10-4mol · L-1 with the detection limit of 2. 5×10-6mol · L-1. The method was used to detect spectinomycin in urine sample.and the recovery was 87. 1% -120. 2%.%利用Nafion掺杂多壁碳纳米管形成复合膜将Ru(bpy)2+3固定于玻碳电极表面形成Ru(bpy)2+3-N-C.基于壮观霉素对该电极电致化学发光信号的增强作用,建立了一种新的壮观霉素电致化学发光检测方法,方法的线性范围为1.0×10-5~2.0×10-4mol· L-1,检测限为2.5×10-6mol· L-1.该方法用于尿样中壮观霉素的测定,加标回收率在87.1%~120.2%之间.

正仔猪黄、白痢是致病性大肠杆菌引起的新生仔猪最常见的传染病之一,其发病率高、传染性强,若治疗不及时,往往使新生仔猪大批死亡而造成严重的经济损失。试验表明:用药物(盐酸林可霉素+硫酸壮观霉素)饲喂母猪不仅能防治母猪的产后感染,而且对新生仔猪黄、白痢也有较好的预防效果。
