The study evaluated the synergy between the indicators of rainfall,vegetation cover,land productivity in crop production,livestock production and the relationship between the value of aggregate agricultural production and the gross domestic product of municipalities in the semi-arid region of the State of Ceará,Brazil.The data sources are:CearáMeteorology and Water Resources Foundation(FUNCEME)and Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics(IBGE)for the years 1996,2006 and 2017.The research used the methodology of factor analysis(FA),with decomposition into principal components,to construct the index of agricultural production preservation(IAPP).The results showed that 1996 had the best rainfall levels and the highest IAPP values compared to the other years studied.Year of 2017 was the last one of a draught period that extended in Cearáfrom 2012 to 2017.In that year the lowest values for IAPP were observed.The main conclusion is:there was the expected interaction between rainfall and agricultural preservation indicators applied in the semi-arid region of the state of Cearáin the years 1996,2006 and 2017.

The grid environment is a dynamic,heterogeneous,and changeable computing system that distributes various services amongst different clients.To attain the benefits of collaborative resource sharing in Grid computing,a novel and proficient grid resource management system(RMS)is essential.Therefore,detection of an appropriate resource for the presented task is a difficult task.Several scientists have presented algorithms for mapping tasks to the resource.Few of them focus on fault tolerance,user fulfillment,and load balancing.With this motivation,this study designs an intelligent grid scheduling scheme using deer hunting optimization algorithm(DHOA),called IGSS-DHOA which schedules in such a way that the makespan gets minimized in the grid platform.The IGSS-DHOA technique is mainly based on the hunting nature of humans toward deer.It also derives an objective function with candidate solution(schedule)as input and the outcome is the makespan value denoting the quality of the candidate solution.The simulation results highlighted the supremacy of the IGSS-DHOA technique over the recent state of art techniques with the minimal average processing cost of 31717.9.

Global energy structure is experiencing the third transition from fossil energy to non-fossil energy,to solve future energy problems,cope with climate change,and achieve net-zero emissions targets by 2050.Hydrogen is considered to be the most potential clean energy in this century under the background of carbon neutrality.At present,the industrial methods for producing hydrogen are mainly by steam-hydrocarbon(such as coal and natural gas)reforming and by electrolysis of water,while the exploration and development of natural hydrogen had just started.According to this literature review:(1)Natural hydrogen can be divided into three categories,including free hydrogen,hydrogen in inclusions and dissolved hydrogen;(2)natural hydrogen could be mainly from abiotic origins such as by deep-seated hydrogen generation,water-rock reaction or water radiolysis;(3)natural hydrogen is widely distributed and presents great potential,and the potential natural hydrogen sources excluding deep source of hydrogen is about(254±91)×10^(9) m^(3)/a according to a latest estimate;(4)at present,natural hydrogen has been mined in Mali,and the exploration and development of natural hydrogen has also been carried out in Australia,Brazil,the United States and some European countries,to find many favorable areas and test some technical methods for natural hydrogen exploration.Natural hydrogen is expected to be an important part of hydrogen energy production in the future energy pattern.Based on a thorough literature review,this study introduced the origin,classification,and global discovery of natural hydrogen,as well as summarized the current global status and discussed the possibility of natural hydrogen exploration and development,aiming to provide reference for the future natural hydrogen exploration and development.

隨著數位科技的日新月異,知識傳播和學習方法也在改變。過去以筆紙為主要的教學媒介已隨時間淡去,而使用線上學習資源教、學目標語言變得普遍,尤其是在新冠肺炎疫情大爆發期間。從多媒體學習認知理論(CTML)和全腦學習來看,使用線上學習資源輔助教學對學習效果的影響是正向的,故運用這樣的學習資源輔助華語文教學是有其適用性的。然而,本研究問題之一在於此法對成人學習者的中級華語文學習效益可持續多久?而對不同性別的成人學習者的學習成效影響為何?本研究執行為期一個學期的單組前測後測設計後,發現成人學習者的中級華語文學習成效在使用線上互動學習資源的七週後有顯著效果,但這種效果無法持續到14週後。本實驗研究還發現在使用線上互動學習資源的前後,對不同性別學習成效影響無顯著差異。本研究根據結果歸納出結論,期對後續研究及教學實務有所啟示。

China will reinforce the protection of its rare earth resources,strengthen full industrial chain regulation and establish a mechanism under the State Council to decide and coordinate on major policy measures,according to a draft guideline published on Friday.The guideline was published on the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,"Rare earths are important strategic resources that are not renewable,and it is necessary to reinforce the full industrial chain regulations targeting activities that are currently disrupting the healthy development of the industry and damaging the environment,such as illegal,destructive,unplanned and excessive mining,and illicit trading,it aims to regulate the rare earth industry under the framework of laws and regulations,"the ministry said.
