    • 摘要: Micropropagation of Valeriana jatamansi Jones by using small segments of rhizome on full strength MS medium having various concentrations and combinations of auxin Naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) and cytokinin Benzylaminopurine (BAP) was conducted. The highest mean shoot length (3.71 cm) was achieved when media was fortified with BAP 2 mg/L in combination with NAA 1 mg/L. The highest mean leaf number i.e. 6.00 was observed when BAP was used alone at 2 mg/L. Average root length (0.77 cm) was recorded when BAP 1.5 mg/L along with NAA 0.5 mg/L was used. Maximum mean root numbers 2.57 were obtained when BAP and NAA were used at equal concentrations i.e. 1.5 mg/L. Observed data demonstrated that BAP up to 1 mg/L, 1.5 mg/L and 2 mg/L promotes shoot length, leaf number and leaf growth when used along with NAA at 0 mg/L, 0.5 mg/L and 1 mg/L. However lower quantities of both NAA (0 mg/L, 0.5 mg/L) and BAP (1 mg/L and 1.5 mg/L) produced significantly higher root length of Valeriana jatamansi Jones but the higher concentrations of plant growth hormones BAP (2 mg/L, 3 mg/L) and NAA (1 mg/L, 1.5 mg/L) were found unfavorable for increase in root length but the root number increases at higher concentration of NAA (1 mg/L and 1.5 mg/L).

    • 摘要: 为了解毛白杨叶际异常维克汉姆酵母对重金属及有机污染物的耐受,通过观察在YPD固体、液体培养基以及无机盐培养基中添加不同浓度的二价镉(Cd)、零价铬(Cr)、苯并芘(Bap)和4-溴联苯醚(BDE-3)污染物条件下酵母生长情况,分析酵母对4种污染物单独及复合暴露的耐受特性。结果显示,毛白杨叶际异常维克汉姆酵母对100 mg/L Cd、10 mg/L Cr、25 mg/L Bap和30 mg/L BDE-3单独胁迫胁迫以及10 mg/L Cd+30 mg/L BDE-3、10 mg/L Cd+25 mg/L Bap、10 mg/L Cr+30 mg/L BDE-3、10 mg/L Cr+25 mg/LBap复合胁迫有一定的耐受性,无机盐培养基条件下复合胁迫实验结果显示毛白杨叶际异常维克汉姆酵母可以利用BDE-3和Bap作为唯一碳源维持生长,并且利用BDE-3为碳源能力优于利用Bap。

    • 摘要: This study has established an efficient and reproducible protocol to micropropagation Kaempferia angustifolia Roscoe via direct regeneration. The use of young shoots as explants showed the best results compared to rhizome shoots, where the young shoots showed a low percentage of contamination of 10% - 30% (agar 6 g/L) and 45% - 55% (agar 3 g/L), respectively, compared to the use of rhizome shoots, where the contamination rate exceeded 80%. For shoot initiation, the combination of BAP (6 Benzylaminopurine) and NAA (1-Naphthaleneacetic acid) showed higher results for the percentage of initial shoots and number of micro shoots/explants compared to BAP with Kin (Kinetin). The highest concentration of BAP (5 mg/L) combined with the lowest concentration of NAA (0.5 mg/L) resulted in 90% of initial shoots and a number of shoots/explants of 5.8. The highest number of shoots for micropropagation was in treatment with 30 g/L sucrose that was segmented with 3 mg/L BAP + 0.5 mg/L NAA. For the number of roots, the highest number of roots was 11.8 recorded at sucrose (45) with only BAP (1 mg/L) used as the plant growth regulator, while the longest length of roots was 7 - 8 cm, recorded both at sucrose with the combination of BAP and NAA.

    • 摘要: 目的:研究骨代谢指标[Ⅰ型胶原羧基末端肽(CTX-Ⅰ)和骨碱性磷酸酶(BAP)]、血钙及25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]在脊柱结核伴截瘫患者中的表达及临床意义。方法:选取2016年6月—2018年6月于本院接受诊治的84例脊柱结核伴截瘫患者临床资料设为研究组,并选取同期进行健康检查的96例正常人群作为对照组。比较骨代谢指标、血钙及25(OH)D水平在两组间变化情况。记录脊柱结核伴截瘫患者在随访时间内预后情况[采用美国脊髓损伤学会(ASIA)修订的Frankel截瘫分级评定标准评定],采用多元Logistic回归分析影响脊柱结核伴截瘫患者预后不良的危险因素。结果:(1)研究组患者血钙、CTX-Ⅰ、BAP水平明显高于对照组,25(OH)D水平低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)84例患者治疗后2年随访显示,Frankel分级水平较治疗前明显好转,处于D、E级患者57例,处于D级以下患者27例,预后不良率32.14%。(3)经多元Logistic回归显示:患者无早期康复治疗、无积极治疗,以及血钙、CTX-Ⅰ、BAP水平异常升高和25(OH)D水平异常降低为脊柱结核伴截瘫预后不良的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:骨代谢指标、血钙及25(OH)D在脊柱结核伴截瘫患者中呈异常表达状态,且与患者预后关系密切,可作为预测脊柱结核伴截瘫患者预后的分子标志物和治疗的潜在靶点。

    • 摘要: 为降低烟熏即食鱼片中的苯并芘(BaP)含量,同时保留其感官特征和风味品质,开发熏烟在线筛滤技术,优化烟熏即食鱼片的加工工艺。本试验通过比较不同固相吸附材料(棉花、硅胶、分子筛、活性氧化铝)对烟熏即食鱼片品质的影响,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)和气相色谱/质谱联用(GC/MS)对熏鱼的BaP和风味物质进行检测。比较不同固相吸附材料发现,当吸附剂为硅胶时,BaP含量下降至4.88μg·kg^(-1),产品质地、色泽、熏香等感官评分较高,酚类等友好型挥发性物质得到保留。响应面优化后的烟熏鲟鱼片最佳工艺条件为硅胶25 g,烟熏时间30 min,烟熏温度85°C。本研究结果对健康烟熏食品的开发具有重要的参考意义。

    • 摘要: Edible oil is prone to be contaminated by Benzo[a]pyrene(BaP)during production and processing.Adsorption is an important technology for the removal of BaP from edible oil,and biochar as a new type of adsorbent for the treatment BaP has received extensive attention.In this study,we prepared unmodified biochar and ZnCl_(2)-modified biochar from sesame straw cellulose(SSB and SSZ)and sesame capsule cellulose(SCB and SCZ),carried out structure characterization by Fourier Transform Infrared(FT-IR),Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)and Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM),and finally evaluated their potential effectiveness in BaP removal from sesame oil.FT-IR results revealed that SSZ and SCZ showed higher peak intensities,indicating that they could provide more active sites for adsorption.The results of XRD presented that SSZ and SCZ had a higher graphitization degree than the unmodified biochar.SEM results showed that the SSZ and SCZ had more complex pore structure,which is beneficial to adsorption.BET analysis results showed that SSZ and SCZ had a higher specific surface area of 1622.83-1797.39 m^(2)/g and a better developed porous structure(the total pore volume Vtotal was 0.9434-1.0023 cm^(3)/g)than the SSB and SCB(specific surface area was 350.55-352.59 m^(2)/g,and Vtotal was 0.1907-0.1918 cm^(3)/g),indicating that modification promoted the formation of porous structure and thus improved the adsorption capacity of biochar.Adsorption experiments confirmed once again that the BaP removal rates of SSZ and SCZ(92.67%-96.13%)were much higher than that of unmodified biochar(3.34%-4.28%),and the BaP content in the sesame oil treated by SSZ and SCZ were far below the current EU maximum levels(2μg/kg).Therefore,the modified biochar from cellulose is a promising adsorbent for BaP removal.In future studies,the influences of bichar on the nutritional quality of edible oil should be taken into consideration so as to find an ideal active carbon substitute for BaP removal in edible oil.

    • 摘要: 建立了食用油中苯并(a)芘的相转移催化皂化提取前处理方法,并结合高效液相色谱(HPLC-FLD)进行含量检测.结果表明:该方法检出限为0.2 ng/mL,定量限为0.7 ng/mL,苯并(a)芘平均回收率为96.15% ~103.2%,相对标准偏差为2.61% ~4.96%.该方法具有降低有机溶剂的消耗、降低检测成本、操作简单、检测时间短等优点,符合快速、便捷、准确及灵敏地检测食用油中苯并(a)芘要求.
