USE OF GRAPE SEED EXTRACT IN PREPARATION OF DRUGS FOR TARGETED CLEARANCE OF SENESCENT CELLS IN TUMOR MICROENVIRONMENT AND TUMOR INHIBITION

A use of grape seed extract (GSE) in the preparation of drugs for targeted clearance of senescent cells in a tumor microenvironment and tumor inhibition. The GSE can achieve targeted clearance of the senescent cells in the tumor microenvironment, and the joint application of the GSE with chemotherapeutic drugs can promote tumor inhibition by clearing senescent stromal cells. For a senescence-associated secretory phenotype (SASP), the GSE can also achieve targeted clearance of senescent cells in the SASP so as to inhibit the SASP.
