OUTER WALL REINFORCING DEVICE AND METHOD IN BUILDING RECONSTRUCTION

An outer wall reinforcing device and method in building reconstruction. The device comprises an internal support device (10), an outer wall body reinforcing frame (20), and an outer scaffold (30). The internal support device (10) comprises a plurality of stand columns (11), a horizontal connecting rod (12), hydraulic oil cylinders (13), and a horizontal supporting rod (14). The outer wall body reinforcing frame (20) comprises an inner reinforcing frame body (21) and an outer reinforcing frame body (22) which are fixedly connected by means of a plurality of through-wall bolts (23). The outer scaffold (30) is connected to the outer reinforcing frame body (22). The method comprises: constructing the outer scaffold (30); arranging the plurality of stand columns (11) at intervals along the location of an original load-bearing wall, and integrating the stand columns by means of the horizontal connecting rod (12); configuring a plurality of layers of hydraulic oil cylinders (13) on the stand columns (11), and combining and fixing plunger rods of the hydraulic oil cylinders (13) and the horizontal supporting rod (14); enabling one end of the horizontal supporting rod (14) to abut against the contact part between the outer wall body and the original load-bearing wall; respectively constructing the inner reinforcing frame body (21) and the outer reinforcing frame body (22) on the inner and outer sides of the outer wall body, the inner reinforcing frame body (21) and the outer reinforcing frame body (22) being fixedly connected by means of the plurality of through-wall bolts (23); and connecting the outer reinforcing frame body (22) to the outer scaffold (30). The device and the method simulate the constraints of the original load-bearing wall to the outer wall body, and release the stress of part of the outer wall body on supporting points by adjusting the telescopic stroke of the hydraulic oil cylinders (13), so that the outer wall body is protected.
