To provide a self-standing type draining bag made of nonwoven fabric which can improve stability of a shape upon use, and to provide a manufacturing method of the self-standing type draining bag made of nonwoven fabric.SOLUTION: A draining bag 10 includes a bottom wall 11 and a cylindrical circumferential wall 12 which surrounds an edge part 11A of the bottom wall 11 and stands up from the edge part 11A. On the draining bag 10, an apex of the circumferential wall 12 is an opening part 13. The circumferential wall 12 is thermal bond nonwoven fabric prepared by bonding a plurality of fibers which contain at least one side of polyolefin and polyester according to melting by means of a flat roll. The bottom wall 11 is nonwoven fabric having liquid permeability higher than that of the thermal bond nonwoven fabric and is mesh-state hydro-entangled nonwoven fabric prepared by entangling and bonding a plurality of fibers containing at least one side of polyolefin and polyester, and cellulose by water pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
