Therapeutically effective Fms-like tyrosine kinase (FLT3) inhibitors, pharmaceutically acceptable salts or solvent products thereof, and hypomethylating agents (HMA), or pharmaceutically acceptable salts or solvent products thereof. Provided are a pharmaceutical composition for treating acute myeloid leukemia (AML), which is included as a combination thereof, and a method for treating acute myeloid leukemia (AML) using the same.
