To provide an emergency vehicle evacuation control device capable of preventing a self vehicle from interfering with an emergency vehicle running.SOLUTION: A vehicle control device 32 includes: an emergency vehicle position acquisition unit 38 that acquires position information of the emergency vehicle; a road structure acquisition unit 40 that acquires a structure of a self vehicle driving road on which a vehicle 10 is running; and an evacuation control unit 42 that performs evacuation control so as to evacuate the vehicle 10, when the position information of the emergency vehicle is acquired. When the emergency vehicle is an oncoming vehicle and is on a road with a median strip, the evacuation control unit 42 suppresses evacuation control when there is no opening in the median strip between the vehicle 10 and the emergency vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
