PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete curing wetness management device and a concrete curing wetness management method capable of managing concrete curing more easily. A concrete curing wetness management device 15 includes an electrode unit 23, a measurement power supply 71, a voltage detection unit 73, a control unit 72, a first setting unit 81, and a second setting unit 83. The measurement power supply 71 passes a current through the curing sheet 13 via the electrode portion 23 having the pair of electrodes 27. The voltage detection unit 73 detects a voltage corresponding to the resistance of the curing sheet between one electrode 27 of the electrode unit 23 and the other electrode 27 as a detection voltage in a state where a current is passed through the curing sheet. The control unit 72 controls the start and stop of water supply by the water supply unit 17 to the curing sheet 13 based on the detected detection voltage. The first setting unit 81 sets the detection voltage for starting water supply as the first set value.
