PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition containing an amorphous sodium ibandronate having excellent stability and a method for producing the same. A pharmaceutical composition containing amorphous sodium ibandronate and an amorphizing agent and substantially free of crystalline sodium ibandronate.
