Condition detection system for a fluid line of a motor vehicle comprising:a fluid line with a line wall extending along a line path between a first and second line ends;a first fluid coupling device for the fluid connection of the first line end and a second fluid coupling device for the fluid connection of the second line end of the fluid line; and at least one detection device,wherein the fluid line further comprises a first electrical conductor arranged in or on the line wall,wherein each of the two fluid coupling devices has a first contacting device for contacting the first electrical conductor in the region of the respective line end to which the respective fluid coupling device is connected, andwherein the first contacting means of the first fluid coupling device is electrically connected to a first pole of a voltage source of the motor vehicle, and the second contacting means of the second fluid coupling device is electrically connected to a second electrically opposite pole of the voltage source,wherein the detection device is electrically connected to the circuit of the first electrical conductor and measures the current through the first electrical conductor or measures the voltage before or after the electrical conductor.
