The present invention relates to a COVID-19 quarantine system using molecular diagnostics based on isothermal amplification for SARS-CoV-2 detection, particularly in airports, ports, large gatherings, and cluster infection areas. According to the present invention, rapid, accurate, and large-scale inspection is possible for the presence or absence of COVID-19 infection, so it is effective for quarantine of group service facilities such as airports, ports, and indoor stadiums.
