A home monitoring device and method for a patient undergoing multiple surgeries are disclosed. The home monitoring method includes: determining a normal range of biometric information of a patient based on the patient's surgical order and structural abnormalities of the patient who must undergo a plurality of surgeries at regular intervals; receiving biometric information of the patient; and outputting a warning according to whether the value of the received biometric information is within the normal range.
