The present invention relates to a method for preparing a carbon-supported alloy nanoparticle catalyst using a physical vapor deposition method. According to the manufacturing method of the present invention, since a relatively small amount of chemicals is used compared to the conventional method, a catalyst with high activity can be prepared which is eco-friendly, has a simple process, and at a lower cost. In addition, unlike the existing method, which is extremely limited to metal materials, it can be commonly applied regardless of the type of metal, which is very advantageous in that it can be widely used to prepare various carbon-supported alloy nanoparticle catalysts.
