FIELD: road building.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to road building materials and can be used for equipment of various structural layers of road surfacing. The composition of the cement asphalt concrete mixture has the following ratio of components, wt.%: crushed stone - 48; sand - 41.5; portland cement - 10.5; bitumen emulsion - 1 (over 100%); acidic fuel ash - 0.006 to 0.018 (1 to 3% of the weight of bitumen in the composition of the emulsion); water to cement ratio - 0.4; water (over 100% of the mineral part excluding water present in the bitumen emulsion) - 4.2.;EFFECT: increase in the resistance of cement asphalt concrete to loads under the impact of high temperatures (20 to 50°C), increase in the strength characteristics.;1 cl, 3 tbl
