APPLICATION OF GLYCOLYSIS INHIBITOR IN PREPARATION OF MEDICINES FOR PREVENTING AND TREATING PORCINE REPRODUCTIVE AND RESPIRATORY SYNDROME VIRUS INFECTION

An application of a glycolysis inhibitor in preparation of medicines for preventing and treating porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus infection. Researches show that the glycolysis inhibitor can be used for preventing and treating porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus infection; particularly, replication of PRRSV in pigs can be remarkably inhibited by orally taking a lactate dehydrogenase inhibitor, such as sodium oxalyl or galloflavin; a novel application of the glycolysis inhibitor, especially the lactate dehydrogenase inhibitor (sodium oxalyl or galloflavin), as a PRRSV antagonist is discovered for the first time. The glycolysis inhibitor has a clear anti-PRRSV pharmaceutical composition, is controllable in quality, safe and non-toxic, and has a good application prospect in the aspects of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome prevention and treatment.
