A gas-solid two-phase flow measurement device and method for a double-helix capacitor, relating to the technical field of multiphase flow detection. The concentration of a particulate matter in a pipe is obtained by a helical capacitive sensor; a cross-correlation method is used to rapidly obtain the solid-phase flow rate of the particulate matter according to a signal difference between two groups of helical capacitive sensors; according to the flow rate and the concentration of the particulate matter, the mass flow is obtained by calculation; and thus the flow rate and the flow of two-phase flow are measured. The concentration is measured by the helical capacitive sensor. Compared with an array type capacitive sensor, there is no need to arrange multiple groups of electrodes on a pipe wall, the helical capacitive sensor simplifies the structure of the electrodes of a capacitor, and can be suitable for a pipeline having a small pipe diameter. By simplifying the structure of the electrodes of the capacitor, interference among the electrodes is reduced, a large capacitance error is avoided introducing during the measurement, and the measurement efficiency of the concentration, the flow rate, and the mass flow of the particulate matter in multiphase flow is improved.
