A fire extinguishing air bubble film filled with a fire extinguishing gas, and a manufacturing method therefor. The fire extinguishing air bubble film comprises a double-layer air bubble film base, and buffer air bubbles distributed in the double-layer air bubble film base and filled with a gas fire extinguishing medium; the air bubble film base is made of polyethylene as a base material and auxiliary materials according to a weight ratio. Compared with the prior art, in the fire extinguishing air bubble film filled with a fire extinguishing gas and the manufacturing method therefor, multiple types of polyethylene can be used as the base material to prepare the fire extinguishing air bubble film; by adding a certain proportion of a flame retardant during a material mixing process, and filling the air bubbles with a large amount of fire extinguishing gas by means of a proper method, the high-temperature resistance of the air bubble film is improved without changing the original properties, and the fire extinguishing effect is obvious. Moreover, the fire extinguishing air bubble film manufactured by means of the present method has strong toughness and is not easy to damage, and the processing is simple.
