PROGRAM GENERATION ASSISTANCE SYSTEM FOR ASSISTING GENERATION OF CLINICAL TRIAL ANALYSIS PROGRAM

摘要

The objective of the present invention is to assist automation of programming for automated generation of analysis materials created by means of analysis work during clinical trials in pharmaceutical product development. This program generation assistance system employs format information, layout information, and image data relating to an analysis chart plan document to perform pattern prediction of a form using two approaches, namely prediction based on a micro rule base, and prediction based on a macro CNN. Further, the program generation assistance system employs the format information and the layout information of the analysis chart plan document, an Analysis Data Model (ADaM) specification, and ADaM/variable associating information to perform model data/variable prediction, and combines and presents the model data/variable prediction and the pattern prediction.
