Calculation equipment, comprising:a storage medium; anda processing circuit that is capable of operation coupled with the storage medium and configured for the following:receiving electrocardiogram data from a patient recorded by a medical device;Using a machine-based learning model of the machine-based learning system, which has been trained using electrocardiogram data for several patients, on the electrocardiogram data received to determine, based on the machine-based learning model, that an arrhythmia episode has occurred in the patient;Perform a characteristic-based delimitation of the electrocardiogram data received in order to obtain cardiac characteristics present in the electrocardiogram data;in response to determining that the arrhythmia episode occurred in the patient:produce a report indicating that the arrhythmia episode has occurred in the patient and one or more of the cardiac features consistent with the arrhythmia episode; andPublished for the purpose of displaying the report, which shall indicate that the arrhythmia episode has occurred in the patient and shall include one or more of the cardiac features consistent with the arrhythmia episode.
