The invention discloses an intelligent typesetting method of a lace material, which comprises the following steps: acquiring a lace pattern and a lace cut-part in real time, the lace cut-part comprising an external cut-part and an internal cut-part; identifying all waveband points on the lace pattern according to preset waveband points; arranging the external cut-parts on the lace pattern according to the wave band points, and taking an area, where the external cut-parts are arranged, on the lace pattern as a defect area; and arranging the internal cutting parts in a non-defective area of thelace pattern. The invention further discloses an intelligent typesetting system of the lace material and an intelligent cutting system of the lace material. By adopting the method and the device, theouter cutting part and the inner cutting part can be typeset respectively, so that the typesetting complexity is greatly reduced, and the optimal arrangement of the outer cutting part and the inner cutting part is realized.
