A functional capsule, a disinfectant composition comprising the same, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The method of manufacturing a functional capsule according to some embodiments of the present disclosure may include the step of preparing a makjae by mixing a starting material including a functional material, and forming a functional capsule using the prepared makjae. The functional capsule prepared in this way can be used together with the disinfectant raw material to alleviate problems such as skin dryness and skin troubles caused by the disinfectant raw material.
