Based on the text information and the first inference processing unit that infers the cause of the failure using the interface that accepts the text information that represents the content and the feature amount created based on the information of the execution platform at the time of failure and success. Using the created feature quantity, the second inference processing unit that infers the cause of failure, the inference result by the first inference processing unit, and the inference result by the second inference processing unit are combined to construct an execution platform.
