Provided is a high- and low-voltage switch cabinet having a moisture-proofing and heat-dissipating function, relating to the technical field of electrical equipment, comprising a cabinet body (1); the bottom center of the cabinet body (1) is fixedly connected to a refrigeration apparatus (3); one end of the refrigeration apparatus (3) is fixedly connected to an inlet fan (4); the top of the refrigeration device (3) is fixedly connected to a main air pipe (5); the side of the main air pipe (5) is fixedly connected, from top to bottom, to a plurality of fixed-point heat-dissipating apparatuses (7); the top of the cabinet body (1) is fixedly connected to an exhaust fan (8); one side of the cabinet body (1) runs through and is fixedly connected to a moisture-proofing apparatus (10); the moisture-proofing apparatus (10) is connected to a wind drive apparatus (11); by means of arranging the main air pipe (5) it is possible to ventilate, and dissipate heat from, the entire interior of the cabinet body (1); by means of arranging the fixed-point heat-dissipating apparatus (7) it is possible to perform fixed-point blowing according to the specific position of the main heat-emitting apparatus, enhancing heat dissipation performance; by means of arranging the semiconductor refrigeration fins (30) the heat dissipation performance is enhanced, enabling powerful and rapid cooling; by means of arranging the wind drive apparatus (11) and the moisture-proofing apparatus (10) it is possible to utilize the wind energy discharged from heat dissipation to continuously dry the inside of the cabinet body (1) and prevent moisture inside the cabinet body (1).
