PARKING MANAGEMENT METHOD AND PARKING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON INTELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM

A parking management method and parking management system based on an intelligent transportation system, the method comprising: acquiring parking demand information (S1), acquiring road information, road condition information and vehicle information, and obtaining an estimated time of arrival by means of route navigation (S2); assigning a suitable parking space according to the parking demand information and the estimated time of arrival (S3); and performing navigation, such that a vehicle directly reaches the parking space (S4). The parking management system comprises a server (20) and a communication module (21). According to the method, intelligent transportation technology is organically combined with parking management, so that effective parking space management is better realized, the time for a user to find a parking space and the distance between the parking space and a destination are reduced, and the comfort and efficiency of the automobile use are improved.
