The present invention relates to a cloud-based API spec management method for simultaneously interconnecting pluralities of hospital servers and consortium servers. The present invention comprises the steps of: when a user terminal executes a dedicated application and inputs personal identification information, inquiring, by a cloud server, a patient number simultaneously in the plurality of hospital servers; when registration of the patient number is identified in at least one hospital server from among the plurality of hospital servers, transmitting, by the cloud server, the registration of the patient number to the user terminal; and when the user terminal proceeds with login using the patient number and invokes a medical treatment service, identifying, by the cloud server, hospital information and requesting a hospital server to interconnect the medical treatment service. The present invention further comprises a step for merging patient data and requesting, by the cloud server, the plurality of consortium servers simultaneously for service interconnection in response to a service selected by the user terminal.
