An activity of daily living-based dementia prediction method is provided. The activity of daily living-based dementia prediction method according to one embodiment of the present invention may comprise the steps of: obtaining activity of daily living related to dementia prediction by monitoring indoor behaviors of a user through an IoT device installed indoors; determining a daily pattern for the behaviors of the user by using the activity of daily living; and determining that the user is in a dementia risk state when it is detected that the behaviors of the user deviate from the daily routine through the activity of daily living.
