The incorrect answer-based question providing server includes: a first database for storing incorrect answer notes including at least one incorrect answer question wrong by the learner and an explanatory fingerprint for each incorrect answer question provided through the learner terminal; a modified note generating unit for generating a modified note including a modified problem reconstructed based on the incorrect answer note stored in the first database and a first modified commentary fingerprint for the modified problem; and a modified note providing unit that provides the generated modified note to the learner terminal at a set period.
