PROCEDURES TO SUPPORT THE IMPROVED OPERATION OF A QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS SERVICE CONCERNED BY A TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORK, SYSTEM, TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORK QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS SERVICE, COMPUTER PROGRAMME AND COMPUTER-readable MEDIUM
A procedure shall be established to support the improved operation of a question and answer service provided to a telecommunications terminal via a telecommunications network, where the question and answer service includes or has access to an artificial intelligence system, where a question information is supplied to the artificial intelligence system as the input size and the artificial intelligence system as the starting size provides an answer information and/or, in particular, to the telecommunications terminal,where the Artificial Intelligence System is an Open Domain Artificial Intelligence System and has or implements a first Artificial Intelligence Module and a second Artificial Intelligence Module, where the first Artificial Intelligence Module is part or goal of a Reading Comprehension Processing Chain and the second Artificial Intelligence Module is part or goal of a Search Processing Chain, the process, related to a question information to be addressed and to the generation of a response information to be provided, the following steps:--in a first step, the question information to be addressed is fed to the Reading Comprehension Processing Chain and the Search Processing Chain,--in a second step following the first step, at least one sales information is generated by the search processing chain or in the search processing chain and fed to the reaction comprehension processing chain,--generated in a third step following the second stepthe first artificial intelligence module a first response candidate information based on the Reading Comprehension Processing Chain and at least one sales information; andthe second AI module is a second AI candidate information based on the search processing chain, the first AI includes a first score information and the second AI includes a second score information,--in a fourth step following the third step is evaluated by or in a validation-certainty-processing chain and/or decided whether to provide response information--the or part of the first respondent candidate information; or--the or part of the second candidate response information; or--neither of themis selected or must be selected.
