The present invention relates to a hotel purchase management system using a load cell, and more particularly, to a hotel purchase management system using a mesh network-based load cell. To this end, the product purchase management system of the present invention includes: a first load cell mounted on a shelf, measuring the weight of the product contained in the box, and providing unique information matching the measured weight and the product name; a second load cell for measuring the individual weight of the article and providing the measured article name and individual weight; a communication relay module that receives the weight and specific information of the product from the first load cell, receives the product name and individual weight from the second load cell, and provides information provided from the first load cell and the second load cell; and a management server that calculates the remaining number of each item based on the information provided from the communication relay module.
