Provided are a support for skin regeneration or wound treatment comprising an egg shell membrane surface-modified with carboxylic acid, a support for tissue engineering, and a method for preparing the same. According to this, natural eggshell membrane with excellent biocompatibility and improved physical properties can be used as a biological material.
