To provide a smart integrated electric meter that integrates all data, then transmits it, and reduces operation and maintenance costs.SOLUTION: In a solar panel power management system that adopts a meter, a smart integrated electric meter includes an electric meter body 10. The electric meter body includes a power meter and a plurality of power meter wiring terminals 1011 connected to the power meter, and is connected to the solar panel power management system. The electric meter body integrates a data collection module that collects data of a wireless communication module 20, an external sensor, and an external smart meter. The data collection module includes an RS 485 module 30 connectable to the external sensor, the external smart meter, and a pulse terminal module 40.
