To provide a truss restraint type buckling restraint brace capable of reducing bearing resistance needed for a central restraint structure, reducing a diameter of the central restraint structure and reducing a cross section by supporting a central core material by a peripheral truss.SOLUTION: The truss restraint type buckling restraint brace 1000 comprises a central structure 1 and a peripheral restraint structure 2. The central structure comprises a core material 11, a concrete layer and a restraint tube 13. The core material is penetrated at center of the restraint tube. The concrete layer is interposed between the core material and the restraint tube. The peripheral restraint structure reinforces the central structure so as to bear higher axial load. The peripheral restraint structure comprises a plurality of restraint systems 21. The restraint system is installed axially symmetrically relative to the restraint tube.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
