PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mutant protein and a genetically modified mouse expressing the mutant protein and developing alopecia areata.;SOLUTION: The present invention provides a mutant protein consisting of an amino acid sequence in which arginine at position 591 of the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:1 is substituted with phenylalanine, tryptophan or tyrosine; or a mutant protein consisting of an amino acid sequence in which one to some amino acids except amino acid at position 591 are substituted, deleted, inserted, or added, in an amino acid sequence in which the arginine at position 591 of the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:1 is substituted with phenylalanine, tryptophan, and tyrosine.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
