To provide a method for producing undercooled liquid metallic core-shell particles.SOLUTION: There is provided a method comprising: shearing a liquid metal or a liquid alloy having a melting point in the range of 62°C to 250°C into a predetermined size to form a metal core; and forming an undercooled liquid metallic core-shell particle structure that remains liquid at a temperature lower than a melting point of the liquid metal or the liquid alloy by coating the metal core with an outer shell having an organic or inorganic adlayer, wherein the metal core is liquid and wherein a temperature of the undercooled liquid metallic core-shell particle structure is a temperature lower than the melting point of the liquid metal or the liquid alloy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1D
