PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new type of cosmetological composition having excellent cosmetological effects such as anti-aging effect. Specifically, it is an object to provide a composition capable of promoting exosome secretion from cells such as mesenchymal stem cells. The present invention is an exosome secretagogue containing at least one selected from the group consisting of glycogen, centella asiatica leaf extract, bilberry leaf extract, citrus leaf extract and soybean protein extract.
