PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection bag for constructing a slab track for preventing the roadbed concrete from becoming dirty at the time of constructing a slab track and facilitating the installation of the track slab at a constant height. An injection bag for constructing a slab track includes an injection bag main body 1 and an injection port 2. The injection bag main body 1 is made of a laminated non-woven fabric. The laminated non-woven fabric is formed by laminating and joining long-fiber nonwoven fabrics in which thermoplastic long fibers having a higher fineness than thermoplastic ultrafine fibers are laminated on both sides of the ultrafine fiber nonwoven fabric in which thermoplastic ultrafine fibers are accumulated. The bonding is made to the adhesiveness of the thermoplastic ultrafine fibers or the thermoplastic filaments themselves. Adhesion is good when polyolefin-based ultrafine fibers and polyolefin-based long fibers are used. The injection port 2 is for injecting the filler into the injection bag main body 1. The inlet 2 uses a high-strength woven fabric or knitted fabric.
