The present invention discloses an Na-Y type molecular sieve and a method for preparing the Na-Y type molecular sieve, an HY type molecular sieve and a method for preparing the HY type molecular sieve, a hydrocracking catalyst, and a hydrocracking process. The average grain diameter of the Na-Y type molecular sieve is 2-5 µm, and the sum of the volumes of the pores with a diameter of 1-10 nm is 70-90% of the total pore volume of the Na-type molecular sieve. -Y. The H-Y type molecular sieve obtained from the coarse-grained Na-Y type molecular sieve can be used as an acid component in the hydrocracking catalyst.
