The present invention provides a peptide nucleic acid derivative targeting the 5 'splice site of "exon 12" of human accc2 pre mRNA. The peptide nucleic acid derivative in the present invention is very useful in inducing a strong induction of the splice variant of human ACC 2 mRNA in the cell and treating the condition or disorder of skin aging associated with the human ACC 2 protein.
