Provided is a system for solid-state storage and transportation of a gas obtained from marine combustible ice mining. Production water and methane gas, which are obtained from combustible ice mining, are conveyed to a combustible ice synthesis pretreatment system (2) by means of a mining platform (1). The production water and the methane gas are pretreated by means of the combustible ice synthesis pretreatment system (2), and are conveyed to a methane gas solidification apparatus (3). The methane gas solidification apparatus (3) is used for the synthesis, compressed solidification and shaping treatment of combustible ice, and for conveying the treated combustible ice to a combustible ice storage apparatus (4) for storage and transportation. In a method for solid-state storage and transportation of a gas obtained from marine combustible ice mining, the synthesis, cooling, decompression and compressed shaping of combustible ice are performed by means of the methane gas solidification apparatus (3), thereby achieving long-distance transportation of combustible ice in a low-pressure environment, effectively avoiding the high-cost expenditure of ultra-low-temperature transportation of liquefied natural gas, and reducing the risk of explosion during the transportation process of liquefied natural gas.
