Disclosed is a new railway wagon three-axle bogie with a heavy axle load and full side bearing loading, the three-axle bogie comprising a wheel pair (11), a rolling bearing device (12), a framework (13), an axle box suspension device (14), a foundation braking device (15) and lower side bearings (16). The framework (13) comprises a framework steel structure (21), wherein the framework steel structure (21) is formed by assembling two side beams (31), which are symmetrically arranged, and one cross beam (32). The three-axle bogie is characterized in that an elastic hinge (23) is mounted at the center of the cross beam (32) by means of an elastic hinge mounting seat (34), and four to six lower side bearings (16) are circumferentially distributed on the two side beams (31) by taking the elastic hinge (23) as the center. Under the same load condition, the requirements of the bogie with regard to the structural strength of the cross beam are greatly reduced, and the design difficulty is reduced.
