Disclosed are a biological heart valve with both anticoagulation and anti-calcification properties, and a preparation method therefor. The specific process of the method comprises: using glutaraldehyde to conduct a cross-linking treatment on a biological heart valve, and using functional molecules containing amine groups to conduct a functional modification treatment on the biological heart valve at least once before and/or after the cross-linking treatment, such that the functional molecules are fixed onto the biological heart valve in a chemically grafted manner so as to obtain a biological heart valve with both anticoagulation and anti-calcification functions. The biological heart valve prepared from the present invention not only has good mechanical properties, but also has excellent anticoagulation and anti-calcification effects.
