The present invention provides improved accuracy of indicators for predicting the effect of drug therapy on breast cancer. Specifically, the present invention provides a method for estimating the abundance of breast cancer cells, including the following (1) and (2): (1) in a sample derived from a human subject, the following: (a) SEQ ID NO: 1.
