The present invention relates to an apparatus, method, and shelf for measuring vibration and noise of a ship in real time by using a smart sensor in a ship in operation. To this end, a smart sensor installed in a plurality of locations of the ship engine; AP unit capable of data communication with smart sensors; and a server device connected to the AP unit; including, the smart sensor comprising: (i-1) a sensor unit measuring at least one of engine vibration, noise, temperature, humidity, and acceleration; (i-2) a time data file generating unit for generating a time domain data file based on the measurement signal of the sensor unit; and (i-3) a sensor communication unit that transmits the time domain data file to the AP unit and receives a control command from the AP unit, wherein the server device includes, (ii-1) the time domain data file received from the AP unit. a storage unit for storing; (ii-2) a server signal processing unit for converting the time domain data file into a predetermined format; and (ii-3) a satellite communication unit for transmitting a time domain data file and a predetermined format to a satellite.
