It is intended to provide a vacuum deaerator equipped with a refiner which suppresses the occurrence of a situation in which interrupted discharge is performed even during degassing treatment of a treated material such as high viscosity, and enables continuous discharge of the treated material under high vacuum. It is a vacuum deaerator which introduces a liquid-phase processed material into the vessel 10 having a vacuum inside and performs degassing, and then discharges the processed material outside the vessel 10 . A rotating rotor 32 to which the refining device 31 disposed in the vessel 10 is attached, and a rotating discharge blade separate from the rotating rotor 32 for the purpose of discharging the processed material in the vessel 10 to the outside of the vessel 10 (42) is laid.
