According to the method, basic identity information and biological characteristics of all registered users are stored in a block chain network, and the authenticity and reliability of identity characteristic information of the users can be ensured; when an article is bound with a first user, the basic identity information and the physiological characteristics of the first user are verified on the basis of a consensus mechanism by means of the block chain network; after it is confirmed, by means of verification, that the identity of the first user is true and effective, texture features of the article are bound with the basic identity information of the first user and then written into the block chain network, so that the first user and ownership information of the article are recorded, and the safety of the ownership information can be guaranteed; furthermore, the article is uniquely identified by the textural features of the article, so that the article cannot be counterfeited.
