Disclosed are a hydrogel having an anti-inflammatory and repair-promoting function, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The injectable hydrogel forms a gel by means of interaction between a functional group of a polymer and an o-hydroxyl group of the polymer, and in response to acidic conditions and/or active oxygen conditions, the hydrogel disintegrates after the interaction between the functional group of the polymer and the o-hydroxyl group of the polymer is released. The preparation method comprises: preparing a first polymer containing a functional group; and mixing one or more of an extracellular matrix, hydrophilic drugs or hydrophobic drugs, the first polymer, and an o-hydroxyl containing polymer to prepare the injectable hydrogel.
