The present invention relates to a wale body and a high-performance wale having the same. The wale body of the present invention is used for the construction of a temporary retaining facility, and provides rigidity to the retaining temporary facility, but is made of a hollow duct-shaped structure; a strut; a pair of plates connected to both sides of the strut symmetrically and having a plurality of first through holes formed in an end region thereof; and a pair of end plates each coupled to the ends of the pair of plates to enlarge the cross-sectional performance, and a plurality of second through holes are formed in the end regions.
