The present invention relates to a recombinant plasmid vector, a recombinant strain transformed with the recombinant plasmid vector, and a method for producing a target protein using the same. Through the present invention, the target protein can be efficiently obtained using the ABC transporter, and the target protein can be obtained without separately pulverizing the source strain because the target protein is discharged outside the body, which is very economical and has a high yield. It can be usefully used for mass production of a target protein.
