The method further automatically collecting pricing information of the components, automatically comparing the collected pricing information, and automatically generating a pricing comparison report. The method further automatically selecting a migration type in response to the description of the components, receiving specification of at least one component in a destination infrastructure to which data migration is to be received, automatically validating compatibility of the destination infrastructure in view of the infrastructure for data migration, automatically transmitting notification regarding migration schedule to system end users, and automatically validating post-migration completion.
